Frequently Asked Questions
Do you film on location or only in the studio?
Both. We can film at the studio or come to you. Travel within 30 miles of Newark is included; mileage beyond that is charged at HMRC standard rate.
Can you record the audio as well?
Yes — our Audio + Video Bundle combines a half-day studio recording session with a live session film. It’s the most cost-effective way to get broadcast-quality audio and video in one day.
What format will I receive?
We deliver H.264/H.265 MP4 files optimised for YouTube and streaming by default. We can also export ProRes or other broadcast formats on request.
How long does editing take?
Typically 5–10 working days for a standard music video edit. More complex projects may take longer — we’ll give you a timeline before we start.
